What is xavendrax?
An online dress store: sparkly party and cocktail minis, wedding-guest styles, everyday midis and long, relaxed maxis. Dresses are the only thing we sell.
Who runs it?
VELUNIS COSMETICS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. The company name refers to cosmetics, but this store is dedicated to dresses. Its registered office is Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. That is a registration address only: no one sells from it, no inventory is kept there, and it cannot receive visitors or returned items.
Where do the dresses come from?
From apparel suppliers in China. Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China and sent to you by international shipping. We do not operate a warehouse in the United States.
How long does that take?
Plan for 11–17 business days end to end: 3–5 business days for us to prepare the order, then 8–12 on the road. If you need a dress for a fixed date, please order with that window in mind.
What if it is not right?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery. We email a prepaid label, and the parcel goes to a returns facility in Chino, California — you never pay to ship it overseas. See the Refund and Returns Policy.
