1. Operator. xavendrax.com is owned and operated by VELUNIS COSMETICS LIMITED, incorporated in Hong Kong, registered office Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. These terms apply whenever you use the site or order from it.

2. Product information. What you see on screen can differ a little from the real color, and each maker cuts its sizes differently. Contact us before ordering if you need measurements.

3. Pricing. Prices are in US dollars, import duties included. No sales tax is added at checkout. Shipping is displayed at checkout before payment; see the Payment Policy.

4. Contract. Our order confirmation email is our acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel orders affected by stock shortages or obvious pricing errors and will refund any amount paid. A 24-hour cancellation window applies from the moment you order.

5. Delivery. Orders are sent from our fulfillment partner in China to addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C., typically within 11–17 business days. See the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to the Refund and Returns Policy. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt its operation, or provide false information. Text and design created for xavendrax.com may not be copied for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order-related claim is capped at the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited is not affected.

9. Law. These terms are subject to Hong Kong SAR law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your state of residence.

10. Changes. The terms in force at the time you place an order apply to that order.
