Prices and currency
All amounts on the site are US dollar figures with import duties already counted in. No sales tax is added at checkout. Your shipping charge ($7.95, or $0 on orders of $60+ after discounts) appears at checkout before you confirm.

Card data
Checkout is protected by encryption, and a separate payment processing company handles the transaction. xavendrax never stores complete card numbers.
When payment is taken
Payment is taken when your order is placed, and an order confirmation is emailed to you. Should any item be unavailable, you will be notified and refunded for it.
Fraud checks
Some orders are reviewed before processing. If we cannot verify an order, we cancel it and refund the full amount.
Incorrect prices
When an item has been listed at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before it ships; you may pay the right price or cancel with a full refund.
Refunds
Money goes back the way it came. Timeline: 5–7 business days from the moment your return is logged at the returns facility, plus 3–10 business days on the bank's side. Details: Refund and Returns Policy.
