Before you write
Order questions go faster with your order number. Damaged or incorrect items need a photo of the dress and one of the shipping label. Fit questions are easiest to answer if you include your bust, waist and hip measurements and a link to the dress.
Sending something back?
Email first. We will send you a prepaid label addressed to our US returns facility. Parcels sent anywhere else, including our registered office, cannot be processed.
